Well replacement retires a failing well and drills its replacement, usually near the old one, with the added step of abandoning the old well properly. If you are building or adding a well where none existed, that is new well installation. If your current well is done and you need a working one, that is well replacement. We handle both, and we point you to the right one.

Common signs: short cycling (the pump kicks on every few seconds), no water at all, low pressure, the motor running constant, dirty or sandy water, or pressure that drops sharply when you open a tap. If you hear any of those, give us a call.
Most of the time it is a waterlogged pressure tank or a bad pressure switch. Both are common and both are fixable. Short cycling wears a pump out fast, so it is worth handling quickly.
Depends on age, motor condition, and cost. Pumps under 6 years old with a single failed part are usually worth repairing. Ten year old and older pumps with motor issues are usually worth replacing. We are honest about which makes sense, even when replace is cheaper for us.
